We are excited to announce the launch of our strategic plan, designed to promote academic research on the Buddhist tradition and its related religious, intellectual, social, cultural, and artistic aspects in all geographical regions in the world. The Center aims to become recognized regionally, nationally, and internationally as a leader in the field.
Created by its faculty members and advisory board members, and approved by the College of Humanities, this plan sets the course for our CBS’s future and lays out goals and specific objectives that we’ll work to accomplish in the next years.
Guided by this plan, our efforts will focus on: Research, education, and outreach within and outside the University of Arizona.
