International Conference on the Jataka Tradition of Thailand

CBS is pleased to co-sponsor the International Conference on the Jataka Tradition of Thailand to be held at PBIC, Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand on June 1, 2024. Jataka are stories of the previous lives of the Buddha and are often entertaining and meaningful. The tales, which hold a special place in Thai Buddhist literature and culture, will be explored from a variety of academic perspectives.
