We are pleased to announce that the Khyentse Foundation will continue to select the Center for Buddhist Studies as the institution for its Doctoral Student Financial Support program for the next four years.
The Center for Buddhist Studies and the Department of East Asian Studies have been selected by the Khyentse Foundation Academic Development Committee for their Doctoral Student Financial Support program. The Foundation provides $25,000 annually to support one or more students over a total of 4 years.
From 2020 to 2023, this funding has supported talented students engaged in high-quality research, with some already completing their dissertations and securing employment. Starting in 2024, the Foundation will continue this vital support for another four years. We look forward to aiding more brilliant students in their research journeys!
