Main Theme: Green, Flow and Signal: Reconnecting Fragmented Communities 
in the Age of Digital Transformation
Dates: August 29th-31st (Thursday-Saturday)

Submission Categories
For Paper: Abstract Submission (1 page) or Full Paper Submission (6-8 pages)
For Poster & Demo: Abstract Submission (no more than 500 words)
*Authors who consider IEEE Xplore Conference Proceedings, 
please choose Full Paper Submission.

Guidelines for Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit Abstracts or Full Papers through 
the online submission system by April 15, 2024 (GMT+8):
https://conference.iis.sinica.edu.tw/surl/pnc2024/sub
The acceptance for Abstracts and Full Papers will be announced 
on June 5, 2024 (GMT+8).

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously 
while being reviewed. 
The full paper length is 6-8 pages, including figures and tables but not references. 
All submitted papers must conform to IEEE Xplore Format:
 https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

As the reviewing will be double blind, 
papers must not include authors' names and affiliations. 
Self-references that reveal the author's identity, 
e.g., "We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ..." must be avoided. 
Also, papers should not refer, for further details, 
to documents that are not available to the reviewers.

Kindly note that there will be NO hybrid sessions in this event. 
Most sessions will be in-person in Seoul with no live-streaming.

Guidelines for Poster Submission
There are two categories of PNC 2023 Poster Session: 
Poster Competition & Poster Demonstration. 
Authors are invited to submit poster abstracts 
through online submission system by April 15, 2024 (GMT+8):

I. Poster Competition
For the poster competition, the participants are required to 
give a brief in-person presentation in Seoul. 
The best poster award will be selected after evaluation 
by the Poster Judge Committee according to the following criteria:

(1) Validity of Method and Data (25%)
(2) Novelty in Ideas, Concepts or Techniques (25%)
(3) Importance of Contribution (25%) 
(4) Clarity of Description and Design of Poster (25%) 

II. Poster Demonstration
For demonstration only. The participants are welcome to take this opportunity 
to show research results related to the conference's theme.
